Licensed Bachelor of Social Work (LBSW): Region VII Area Agency on Aging is seeking a part-time SW Coordinator for the MI Choice Medicaid Waiver Program. This position is responsible for the coordinator of care for elderly and adult disabled clients. Position requires travel within the 10 county region. Competitive salary and travel reimbursement. No holidays or “on call”. BSW with current Social Work licensure required; MSW with current Social Work licensure preferred; 2 years recent home care/case management experience preferred.
